Hi, I’m Ilinca.

Originally from Romania’s chaotic capital Bucharest, I grew up in the peaceful and very efficient South of Germany. In 2011, I moved to Edinburgh to study Politics and Sociology, followed by one year of living, studying, and often very nearly despairing at Balliol College, Oxford, doing an MSc in Social Science of the Internet with a specialisation in computational social science.

These days, I’m on my second rotation of the WPP Fellowship, working as a Senior Data Analyst at Wunderman APAC in Singapore after a year of media strategy in London.

I’m a proud introvert and your typical INFJ; a lover of early mornings and creative side projects, with a soft spot for programming and data science. I like to make collage art, I love to write, and I’m happiest when I get to turn a lovely new idea into something tangible.
